What we need
- Event name and official URL
- Date (and end date if multi-day)
- City, country, and venue name
- Race type: pool or open water
- Distances offered (e.g. 100m, 1.5km, 10km)
- Organizer name
- For open water: water temp range and wetsuit policy
- For pool: short or long course, license requirement
We review every submission before publishing to keep the calendar trustworthy.
